Commercial

M. Milligan has been involved in numerous commercial projects that include hotels and motel developments, apartments, fun centers, water parks, ice rink centers and community facilities. In each of these projects, Milligan has undertaken a pivotal role to ensure that all aspects the projects’ requirements are fully addressed in the design.

Residential

For unique residential projects that incorporate difficult engineering challenges, Milligan has provided original concept and final designs to address these difficulties in the most appropriate manner. This work has invariably been undertaken utilizing the expertise of Milligan in the fields of structural, civil and geotechnical engineering.

Civil

M. Milligan can provide a full spectrum of civil engineering services that are applicable to site and land development and planning, Facility layouts, retaining wall design, site servicing requirements and construction related issues.

Bridges

With regards to bridges, Milligan has completed design work related to a wide range of bridge structures. These include the design of precast concrete, steel and wood bridges. Our services also include bridge inspection, renovation and modification of existing bridges to meet current Code requirements.

Geotechnical

Milligan has extensive expertise in geotechnical engineering relating to all aspects of foundation engineering including road design, tailing dam construction, sheet piles, building underpinning and remediation design, retaining stability conditions.

Forestry

From its inception, the Company has been involved in the supply of engineering services to the forestry industry. In this regard, we have completed projects for the private and government clients that include bridge design and inspections, road design and inspections and mitigative measures to provide stable ground conditions. We have also completed extensive work related to TSFA’s and deactivation works for the major shareholders.
