We utilize state of the art scheduling software together with many years of field construction experience to calculate "realistic" construction schedules. This process involves breaking the overall work down into discrete work packages, assign timelines and tabulate actual work durations. We investigate how the schedule can be accelerated to benefit the Client and optimize the work as efficiently as possible. From this, accurate budgetary assessments of the construction work can be estimated.
Our engineering personnel review design and specification data, inspect shop fabrication work and processes and complete onsite inspections of existing conditions. We quickly address any deficiencies that are identified to ensure minimum interruption to ongoing construction work. We supply Certification of Compliance for buildings and construction activities as well as for machinery and equipment. This Certification is based upon present Codes, technical standards and WCB regulations.
We have completed numerous industrial and commercial projects where we have assumed the duties of the Project Manager. We work with contractors to ensure that Client needs are fully addressed in the most effective and economical means available. We provide seamless communication between the Client, Project Manager and Contractor.
