Mervyn F. Milligan M.Sc. P. Eng.

The Principal of M. Milligan & Associates, Merv has directed engineering teams that have undertaken a variety of Civil and Structural projects in last 20 years.

As a Designer he has accomplished variety of structural and geotechnical projects that include bridges, buildings, dams and other types of structures.

Mr. Milligan's responsibilities on past design and construction projects have included analysis and design as well as complete Project Management and implementation. He supervises the work of three in-house engineers and external consultants and is responsible for quality assurance of design and construction projects.
